What is your Travefy experience? 

I'm a power-user and have been creating itineraries and library items for 4 years. For the past 2 years I've been working exclusively with all things Travefy. I administer the largest unofficial Travefy Facebook group and occasionally get referrals directly from the Travefy team.


So what  IS your travel industry experience?

As a career Travel Professional, I’ve worked hotel front desks to International Air Consolidator reservations. I’ve enjoyed being a brick & mortar and also a home-based leisure travel agent. I’ve had the pleasure and frustrations of tour directing. Most recently, my position was an in-house corporate travel agent at a Fortune 500 company. Comfortable with most aspects of travel, I’m confident I’ll understand your niche in the industry.

Knowing your back-office CRMs can come in handy if you need me to verify something you'd like me to add to your itineraries. I have worked with most of them and can navigate with ease through them. 


What kind of turn-around time can I expect?

As long as I get your work by mid-afternoon, I can get started right away. For 2-week FITS or less complicated itineraries, I should get them done in 2 business days. Longer projects will need to be negotiated and fit into my available capacity.


How do you get paid? 

I charge hourly unless it's a project you need. I invoice the first week of the month following any work I've completed. This means you don't need to prepay for any work I do. 

I also work on an as-needed basis so that you don't need to pay any kind of retainer fees or be concerned about minimum hours per month.
